Application Process

Step 1: Initial Application

Search for the Yummy Program that you would like to apply for

Ensure that you are eligible for the program that you are interested in

Click to apply and start your journey with us

Upload your recent CV which contains all of the following
information

  • Name and Surname
  • Email address
  • All educational information, including name of your course, level of studies, and course start and end dates
  • Work experience with start and end dates

The Yummy Jobs team will evaluate your application and be in touch with feedback on this exciting journey

Step 2: Eligibility Checking & Pre-Screen Interview

Our team will assess your eligibility at this stage. If you are not eligible or unsuccessful through screening, you will be informed.

If successful at the initial application, you will be invited to a virtual pre-screen interview with a member of the Yummy Jobs team.

During your pre-screen interview, our team will talk to you about the program and inform you of any other opportunities you might be interested in. This is a professional interview, and candidates should prepare as such.

If successful at the pre-screen interview, our team will put you forward for a final interview with the HR team of the relevant property.

If unsuccessful, you will be informed by the Yummy Jobs team.

Step 3: Final Interview & Program Offer

If successful at previous stages, you will be invited for a final interview with the HR Team of the property. This will be done virtually.

If successful at the final interview, you will be informed and a job offer will be issued.

Once your job offer is issued, you will have time to review all information about your program, including roles, rotations, location, housing info, salary etc.

Once job offer is accepted, your Program Fee will be due. On-boarding and the visa application process will begin once the Program Fee has been paid.

Step 4: Visa Process

With the guidance of our Compliance team, you will be required to fill in an application with your designated visa sponsor. This includes submitting documentation such as educational certificates, proof of employment etc.

Complete your US Embassy application and booking.

Passport is returned with approved J1 Visa Stamp.

Step 5: Start Your Program!

Time to go to the USA! Our team and the Visa sponsor will offer on program support should you have any questions while on program.
