Helen is originally from the UK and now lives in Florida. She has over 20 years in guest service roles, 10 of those gained at Walt Disney World. Her journey began in 2004, when she participated in the Walt DIsney World Cultural Representative Program through Yummy Jobs. She then completed a J1 Trainee Program at a 5-star resort in Colorado and additionally pursued her hsopitality career in Canada. Helen recently completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
