The training program offers two dynamic tracks—Hospitality Management in Training (MIT) and Culinary Arts Training—crafted to elevate your skills and expand your career horizons.

What You’ll Do on the Program
Hospitality MIT Program (Rooms Division & F&B)
- Rotations: Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping Supervision, Fine & Resort Dining, Events & Banquets
- Pay: $20 per hour
- Schedule: Minimum of 32 hours per week
In this track, you’ll be immersed in both operational and guest-facing duties. You will learn the ins and outs of delivering elite hospitality from reception to event management.
Culinary Arts Program
- Rotations: AM/PM Banquets, Garde Manger, 501 East Kitchen, Lucca, Boca Beach Club AM/PM, Morimoto Sushi, Country Club Kitchen, Main Kitchen
- Pay: $22.50 per hour
- Schedule: Minimum of 32 hours per week
Here, you’ll apply culinary techniques across multiple outlets and cuisines. Each rotation offers hands-on experience blending tradition with trend under mentorship of top-level chefs.
Participants on this program will be required to obtain a J-1 Intern or Trainee visa through Yummy Jobs and will be able to train for a period of time as outlined by the Boca Raton. Upon completion of the program, participants will have up to 30 days to travel within the United States. Participants must then return to their home country upon completion of the program.

Meet Your Culinary Leader
Executive Chef Andrew Roenbeck brings over 30 years of high-profile culinary experience to The Boca Raton. A Culinary Institute of America alumnus, Chef Roenbeck has honed his craft across luxury resort kitchens and under Michelin-trained chefs. He has led the resort through decades of culinary leadership, mentoring trainees like you along the way.
Housing for this program is provided by the Boca Raton resort, you will be housed as well as sharing a room with fellow program participants in a fully furnished house or apartment complex.
Housing is payroll deducted at a rate of $125.00 USD per week inclusive of all utilities*.
You will be required to pay a security deposit of $100 USD at the start of your program*
