Property Information

Your Home Base — All Training Grounds

Your culinary internship takes place at one of Loews Hotels nestled within Universal Orlando Resort — the pride of Orlando’s vacation galaxy. With six unique hotels, each offers a distinct vibe while sharing exclusive resort benefits like water taxi access, early park admission, and seamless transport.

Loews Portofino Bay Hotel

Channel la dolce vita in a luxurious Italian seaside village—right in Orlando. With nine restaurants, cobblestone streets, and charming piazzas, this iconic hotel brings European elegance to your everyday training. It was the first hotel to anchor Universal’s resort expansion in 1999 and continues to charm with its romantic, upscale atmosphere.

Hard Rock Hotel

Where rock star swagger meets casual cool. Blue-lit pools, mission-style architecture, and iconic memorabilia make every workday feel like part of the show. A place where style, spontaneity, and flavor meet—perfect for creative chefs with personality.

Loews Royal Pacific Resort

Escape to the tropics without leaving the parks. Think bamboo accents, waterfall-styled pools, and tropical dining — including Emeril’s Tchoup Chop and even a Luau. Training here means mastering service in lush, rum-infused spaces that feel like an island retreat.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

Float into “island time” amid cascading waterfalls, steel-drum rhythms, and a resort pool that’s more lagoon than splash zone. Caribbean-inspired design meets laid-back luxury — a perfect backdrop for learning hospitality under palm trees and sunshine.

Why It Matters for Your Culinary Journey

  • Themed Ambience, One-of-a-Kind Training: Each hotel’s unique theme shapes how guests experience dining—so you’ll learn to tailor service atmospheres across upscale, fun, and cultural settings.

  • Diverse Dining Expertise: Training isn’t just about food; it’s also about creating memorable moments—whether behind a fine-dining counter or casual café in paradise.

  • Resort-Perks That Work for You: Early park entry, cross-resort access, and quick transport mean more time to explore while staying professionally grounded.
