Old Edward's Inn and Spa sits atop the scenic southwest plateau of North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, offering abundant opportunities for relaxation, recreation and adventure. The Old Edwards Inn and Spa Hospitality Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train in the United States for a period of up to 12-months.
A Scholarship fund is available to sponsor Program Fees for selected students, providing access to a AAA Four Diamond property, and a unique insight into business practices that make Old Edwards Inn & Spa winner of several accolades and awards which include;

The program provides on-the-job exposure within the following hospitality roles:

Program participants will earn $13.00-$15.00 USD per hour ($2.13 per hour plus tips for Food and Beverage Service) and will be provided with at least 32 hours work per week.

Participants on the Old Edwards Inn training and internship program will be able to experience a range of unique cultural exchange activities. As part of your program, the Old Edwards Team will schedule several employee outings, from trips to nearby Atlanta for baseball games to Six Flags theme parks, the Old Edwards Team want to ensure you experience the American culture through a mixture of activites that enhance your international experience.

In addition to the training experience you will undergo with Old Edwards Inn, participants are able to increase their knowledge of and exposure to American culture, traditions and society. From the Blue Ridge Mountains to Atlanta, Georgia you will experience cultural exchange and an intern/training program that will enhance your hospitality career and make you a stand-out candidate upon return to your home country.
Housing for this program is provided by Old Edwards, you will be housed as well as sharing a room with fellow program participants in a fully furnished house or apartment complex.
Housing is payroll deducted at a rate of $150.00 USD per week inclusive of all utilities*.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Applicants will be required to attend a pre-screen interview via video call with a member of the Yummy Jobs Team in order to be considered.
- If successful, applicants will be required to attend a final interview with the Old Edwards Inn and Spa HR Team via video call.

Old Edwards Inn & Spa are fully sponsoring the Program Fee for this Program! Applicants will be required to pay a $250 USD non-refundable application fee + $30 USD bank wire transfer fee, payable upon acceptance onto the Program. Please visit our Program Costs page for further information.
