Welcome to Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island — where Lowcountry elegance meets immersive hospitality training. Located on the beautiful Atlantic coastline, this newly renovated oceanfront resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and hands‑on learning.
Over 12 months, you’ll gain experience in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, rotate through multiple outlets, and deliver exceptional service within a resort that’s been recently reimagined to elevate guest experience. The work you do here will shape your craft and build skills that matter.
Hilton Head Island offers more than a job. You’ll have beach afternoons, scenic trails, spa downtime, and evenings under Lowcountry skies. This program is designed to give you professional growth while you soak in all this place has to offer.

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island has completed a full renovation, enhancing guest rooms, dining, outdoor spaces, spa, and event facilities. The resort features 340 newly redesigned rooms with coastal‑chic décor that reflects the natural beauty of Hilton Head.
Amenities include a zero‑entry lagoon swimming pool, multiple swimming pools, a full‑service spa (The Spa at Sonesta), fitness center, and dining options that range from relaxed to elevated. On‑site restaurants and bars have been refreshed to align with coastal tastes and island vibe.
The resort is spread over 11 landscaped acres along the beach, offering tranquil paths, ocean views, and plenty of space to unwind. Meeting and event spaces have also been updated, with over 23,000 ft² of flexible function space to support weddings, gatherings, and special events.
Housing for this program is provided by Sonesta Hilton Head, so you can settle in stress-free. You’ll share a fully furnished house or apartment with fellow program participants, giving you a built-in community from day one.
