Your H-2B Program, Handled from Start to Finish

Decades of experience. Thousands of happy hires. Zero hassle.

The H-2B visa lets U.S. employers hire international workers (like you!) for temporary, non-farming jobs—think hospitality, tourism, theme parks, and more. It’s all about helping employers meet short-term staffing needs, whether it’s for a busy season, a one-off event, or just an extra-busy period.

To keep things fair, employers have to pay you the highest of these rates: the local going wage, state or federal minimum wage—whichever’s best for you. They also have to prove they’re not replacing local workers and follow solid recruitment standards.

In short: fair pay, temporary work, and a great way to experience life (and work) in the U.S.
