Your H-2B Program: From Start to Finish

The H-2B visa lets U.S. employers hire international workers (like you!) for temporary, non-farming jobs—think hospitality, tourism, theme parks, and more. It’s all about helping employers meet short-term staffing needs, whether it’s for a busy season, a one-off event, or just an extra-busy period.

To keep things fair, employers have to pay you the highest of these rates: the local going wage, state or federal minimum wage—whichever’s best for you. They also have to prove they’re not replacing local workers and follow solid recruitment standards. Housing is provided with all of the roles we offer.

In short: fair pay, temporary work, and a great way to experience life (and work) in the U.S.
