Ready to turn your passion for hospitality into something unforgettable? Say hello to your next big adventure with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Intern and Training Program. This is your chance to live and learn in the heart of the world-famous Walt Disney World Resort, gaining real industry experience while being surrounded by all the magic Orlando has to offer.
This unique 12-month opportunity is open to current students and recent graduates who are excited to build their career with a globally recognised hospitality brand. Whether you’re front-of-house focused or kitchen-bound, there’s a place for you here. We’re currently hiring for two standout tracks: Rooms Division and Culinary Arts.
In the Rooms Division program, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for guests arriving from all over the globe. From front desk service to concierge support, you’ll get hands-on experience in the operational heartbeat of a luxury hotel. Prefer to be behind the scenes where the flavours happen? The Culinary Arts program puts you in the kitchen, rotating through fine dining, banquet prep, and the fast-paced world of resort culinary operations.
All of this takes place at the Swan and Dolphin Resorts—two stunning sister properties that blend style, comfort, and world-class service.
