From relaxing in the iconic front porch with their signature famous Bloody Mary to enjoying al fresco dining under the summer sun, every moment spent is a blend of rejuvenation and excitement. The year-round heated pool and prohibition-era speakeasy with live music add to the vibrant atmosphere.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented students to join the team and be part of the rich history. As part of the team, you’ll not only work in a historic setting but also engage with a community that values health, wellness, and the arts. What You’ll Do on the Program
Here’s how you’ll spend your 6‑month journey (min. 32 hrs/week):
Food & Beverage (Now Accepting Applications)
- Rotations: Server, Serving Assistant, Host
- Hourly Pay: $6.75–$9.00 plus tips
Rooms Division (Currently Closed)
- Rotations: Front Desk, Bell Services, Concierge
- Hourly Pay: $17.00
Culinary Arts
- Rotations: fine dining, a la carte, events and banqueting
- Hourly Pay: $17.00
