The Red Lion Inn believe in creating unforgettable experiences for its guests. From relaxing in the iconic front porch with their signature famous Bloody Mary to enjoying al fresco dining under the summer sun, every moment spent is a blend of rejuvenation and excitement. The year-round heated pool and prohibition-era speakeasy with live music add to the vibrant atmosphere.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented students to join the team and be part of the rich history. As part of the team, you’ll not only work in a historic setting but also engage with a community that values health, wellness, and the arts. The Berkshires are known for their cultural richness, and the Inn’s curated experiences across art, culture, and wellness reflect this heritage.

What You’ll Do on the Program
Here’s how you’ll spend your 6‑month journey (min. 32 hrs/week):
Food & Beverage (Now Accepting Applications)
- Rotations: Server, Serving Assistant, Host
- Hourly Pay: $6.75–$9.00 plus tips
Rooms Division (Currently Closed)
- Rotations: Front Desk, Bell Services, Concierge
- Hourly Pay: $17.00
Culinary Arts
- Rotations: fine dining, a la carte, events and banqueting
- Hourly Pay: $17.00
