What You’ll Do on the Program
Rooms Division
Get hands-on across a range of luxury guest services and hotel operations. Train under experienced rooms leaders while gaining one-on-one mentorship and executive insights.

You learn in a variety of food and beverage facilities, from fine dining and in-room dining to food halls, banquets and catering. One-on-one instruction with top executives within the food and beverage industry provides an exceptional education.

Located in Auburn, Alabama, Ithaka Hospitality manages several properties including boutique hotels and conference centres in partnership with Auburn University. This gives J-1 participants a rare opportunity: not only will you train on-property, but you may also help train Auburn’s own hospitality students.

Participants will stay in fully furnished studio apartments, located just a 3-minute walk from the property.
