What You’ll Do on the Program

  • Throughout 2026: Food & Beverage, Pastry, Rooms Division & Culinary Positions

• Program Length: 12 months

• Pay Rate: $15.79-17.13 USD/hour, based on role

• Visa: J-1 Intern/Trainee (through Yummy Jobs)

As a J-1 intern / trainee, you’ll work across a range of environments, dependent on your program department, gaining hands-on experience in everything from prep and plating to seasonal menu development. You’ll also train under the guidance of top culinary professionals.
