Where You’ll Live
On the Summer Work and Travel program, you’ve got two options for housing — go with our pre-arranged accommodation, or choose to source your own.
Pre-Arranged Housing (Most Popular)
We’ve partnered with 100 Abode to offer convenient, fully furnished housing just a short distance from Universal Orlando Resort. Here’s what’s included:
-
All bills and utilities
-
High-speed Wi-Fi
-
Access to resort-style facilities
-
Shared rooms (3 people per room, same gender)
It’s a great way to meet fellow program participants and keep things simple. You’ll be within easy reach of your work location — whether you walk, grab a rideshare, or hop on public transport.
Note: A housing pre-payment fee is due six weeks before arrival, and you’ll need to sign a housing agreement to confirm your spot.
Want to find your own place?
That’s totally fine too — as long as it meets our visa sponsor’s housing guidelines. If you go this route:
-
Your accommodation will be reviewed case-by-case
-
A $50 vetting fee (charged by the visa sponsor) applies
-
Guidelines may change, so always check in with the Yummy Jobs team before committing
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM, YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE PROGRAM DURATION
- PROGRAM START DATE / ARRIVAL TO HOUSING: 14th JUNE (TBC)
- PROGRAM END DATE / DEPARTURE FROM HOUSING: 6th SEPTEMBER (TBC)
- If you are unable to commit to these program dates, we recommend checking out our other Summer Work and Travel Opportunites.
