This intimate private club is known for its premier golf course, stunning mountain clubhouse, gourmet dining, and a full roster of outdoor and wellness activities — from tennis and croquet to boating and fitness. It’s where elegance meets nature, and where hospitality takes centre stage.
We’re currently recruiting for Food & Beverage internships on a 7-month placement, giving you the opportunity to train in high-end service, develop your skills, and work alongside a close-knit team in one of the most beautiful settings in the U.S.
What You’ll Do on the Program
The Cullasaja Food & Beverage Internship offers hands-on training in a luxury private club setting — giving you the skills, confidence, and insight to grow your hospitality career in a truly one-of-a-kind environment.
Over the course of your 7-month program, you’ll rotate through a variety of service settings, gaining a deep understanding of both à la carte and event-style dining, as well as the ins and outs of member service in the private club industry.
Where You’ll Train:
- Fine Dining – Refined service in a formal setting
- Casual Dining – Warm, welcoming, everyday hospitality
- Seasonal Dining – Beautiful outdoor setups with seasonal menus
- Banquet Service & Events – From elegant celebrations to relaxed gatherings
This internship is designed to challenge and elevate your service skills across the board. You’ll get first-hand experience with casual, formal, buffet, and catered event service, all within a relaxed and family-oriented club environment.
Cullasaja is the kind of place where you’ll be encouraged to grow into leadership, with the opportunity to return as an Intern Supervisor in future seasons.
Pay Rate: $14.00 USD/hour
Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 32 per week

Cullasaja Country Club provides comfortable, convenient housing to help you settle in and focus on making the most of your experience.
You’ll share a fully furnished house or apartment with fellow program participants — creating a built-in community from day one. It’s a great way to bond, unwind after work, and enjoy everything the mountains have to offer.
Cost: $60 USD per week (payroll deducted, all utilities included)*
