Want to train in hospitality where every street echoes with history and every corner has something to explore? Embassy Suites by Hilton in Washington, D.C., is your chance. Located in Georgetown and Foggy Bottom, you’ll be steps from Foggy Bottom‑GWU and Dupont Circle Metro stations, and just a few miles away from must‑see spots like the Lincoln Memorial, White House, and Smithsonian museums.
Over a year of immersive experience, you’ll rotate through both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments. You’ll build skills in guest service, operations, and behind‑the‑scenes teamwork. Whether you’re at the front desk, working banquets, or serving guests, this is the kind of training that sticks with you. You’ll also live the pace and energy of Washington, D.C.—the architecture, the culture, the people.
What You’ll Do on the Program
Rooms Division Track
Gain hands‑on experience in roles such as:
- Front Desk
- Concierge
- PBX (telephone guest services)
Food & Beverage Track
Sharpen service skills with rotations including:
- Seater/Greeter
- Server
Pay Rate: $18 USD/hour
Hours: Minimum of 32 per week

You will need to source your own housing in Washington, D.C., though we’ll help provide resources and guidance. To help with your arrival, Embassy Suites offers free stay for the first two weeks after you arrive, so you have time to settle in, find accommodation, and get oriented.
