What You’ll Do on the Program
Step into a high-end hospitality environment where service is elevated, teamwork is everything, and no two days are the same. As a Food & Beverage Intern at Mizner Country Club, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple venues and event types, setting you up for a future in luxury hospitality.
Your role: Food & Beverage Intern
You’ll rotate through several departments, building core skills and confidence as you go. Expect fast-paced shifts, polished service, and plenty of support along the way.
Rotations include:

Main Clubhouse Restaurant – Work front-of-house in a 250-seat dining room, providing top-tier service to members and guests in a refined yet friendly setting.

Banquets & Events – Get involved in everything from intimate member celebrations to lavish weddings, learning how to support seamless service behind the scenes and on the floor.

Advanced Training Phase – Toward the end of your internship, take on more responsibility and leadership tasks to consolidate your learning and prepare for your next career step.
Compensation & Schedule

Mizner Country Club has an open-minded, collaborative culture of enthusiastic employees that strive for excellence on a daily basis. This is a great place to work with regular employee social events, where friends become family.
Participants on this program will be required to obtain a J-1 Intern or Trainee visa through Yummy Jobs and will be able to train for a period of time as outlined by Mizner. Upon completion of the program, participants will have up to 30 days to travel within the United States. Participants must then return to their home country upon completion of the program.
