This immersive 12-month paid internship invites you to be part of the legacy. You’ll train in one of four tracks: Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, Culinary Arts, or Pastry and Chocolates. Each path is designed to build your skills and confidence in a service-first, team-focused retreat.

What You’ll Do on the Program
Whether you’re serving five-star meals, checking in guests with a smile, or crafting the perfect croissant, Mohonk offers hands-on training that’s anything but ordinary. Each track is designed to immerse you in real-world hospitality with mentorship, structure, and space to grow. Here’s what your journey could look like:
Food & Beverage
You’ll rotate through polished service stations across guest-focused environments:
- Server Assistant

- Supervisory Service Training
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour depending on role and tenure

Rooms Division
Train in the heartbeat of guest hospitality:

Culinary Arts
Master the back-of-house artform in high-touch kitchens:
