Your Five-Star Future Begins at Sea Island

Picture yourself on five miles of private beaches along Georgia’s southeastern coast, working where elegance meets ease. Welcome to Sea Island — the only resort in the world to hold Forbes Five-Star awards for 13 consecutive years. From global summits to dreamy family getaways, this place sets the standard.

If hospitality is your passion, this is your spot. Choose from three immersive training programs — Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, or Culinary Arts. Each track offers a personalized training path, hands-on experience, and a front-row seat to five-star service.

Serve chilled wine by the ocean, master the art of guest check-ins, or craft desserts under Southern skies. At Sea Island, every shift is a chance to shine.
