Built in 1922, this Art Deco landmark is more than a hotel—it’s a legacy. With its grand facades, rich interiors, and inspiring ambience, working here means being part of hospitality history.
You’ll work, learn, and grow in a property that feels like a “city within a city.” 398 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a movie theater, outdoor pool, vast meeting spaces, and a fitness center—each facet offers you room to shine, whether you’re in service or cuisine.
Over 12 months, you’ll take on either Food & Beverage or Culinary Arts training. Expect hands‑on rotations across outlet types, working alongside guiding mentors, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Step out your front door and you’ll find some of St. Louis’s best attractions—Forest Park, the Art Museum, Zoo—all just steps away. Off‑hours here are rich with culture, discovery, and the kind of city energy that inspires.
What You’ll Do on the Program

Food & Beverage Intern Track — Rotate through outlets like Chase Club (gastropub with seasonal/local fare) and The Preston (refined, indulgent menu), plus service during banquets and events

Culinary Arts Track — Get your hands on prep, menu execution, and kitchen flow across the property’s restaurants and banquet operations

You’ll stay at The Chase Park Plaza for your first two weeks so you have time to find housing. After that, participants are responsible for sourcing their own accommodation. The Yummy Jobs Team will help by providing trusted resources and suggestions for places nearby.
