Nestled in Lafayette Square with sweeping views of the White House, St. John’s Church, and Lafayette Square, The Hay‑Adams is a landmark of refined luxury in the center of Washington DC’s most famous destinations. With 124 elegant rooms, 21 deluxe suites, and grand event spaces, you’ll train in a hotel that embodies history, prestige, and impeccable service.
We’re opening 12‑month training programs in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage. You’ll gain real responsibility, rotate through key roles, and learn what it means to deliver service at the highest levels. Every shift is a lesson in excellence.

What You’ll Do on the Program
Rooms Division Management in Training

Roles include: Front Desk • Hotel Concierge • PBX Service • Bell & Door Staff • Lobby Ambassador

Food & Beverage Management Program

Work in fine dining at The Lafayette and help run In‑Room Dining 24/7

Housing is not provided long‑term. Participants will need to secure their own accommodation in Washington, DC. You will be able to stay at the hotel for the first two weeks after arrival to give you time to find a suitable place. The Yummy Jobs Team will share guidance and trusted leads to help you settle in fast.
