Immerse yourself in a Professional Culinary Training opportunity with two of the world's most prestigious resorts, right in the heart of The Walt Disney World Resort. This amazing training program provides current students and recent graduates with the opportunity to learn with the best in the industry, whilst gaining cultural experiences that will enhance your future career opportunities.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Culinary Training Program provides university students and young professionals with the opportunity to train in the United States for a period of up to 12 months. This program provides a unique insight into the business practices that make the properties two of the most sought-after hospitality experiences in the United States of America.
During a Culinary Internship with the Swan and Dolphin Resort, you will be provided with on-the-job exposure in the following rotations:
Culinary Arts Operations
Fine Dining Rotations
Banquets & Events
Participants will be required to work full-time throughout the program and will be provided with a minimum of32 hours workeach week. Participants will be paid an hourly wage of$20.00 USD per hour.
In addition to this unique training experience, participants are able to increase their knowledge of and exposure to American culture, traditions and society. From the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort to exploring everything Florida has to offer, this program will provide you with cultural exchange experiences as well as training that will set you up for future success in the industry worldwide. Being right in the heart of the Walt Disney WorldResort will provide you access to world class theme parks and entertainment experiences. Orlando is the entertainment capital of the world, and a perfect setting your unique cultural experience.

Participants on this program will be required to obtain a J-1 Intern or Trainee visa through Yummy Jobs and will be able to train for a period of time as outlined by the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Upon completion of the program, participants will have up to 30 days to travel within the United States. Participants must then return to their home country upon completion of the program.
